REI Early Squirrel getting ready for action....

So we got them printed and glued them to a file folder and construction paper for a red back. Let them dry a few hours, cut them out and took their inaugural pictures...

As you can see even Bandit was trying to get in on the action! A fast trip to the stores and we have everything we need for the trip minus snacks for the flight. We'll wait until the day before we leave town to do that. The girls "adventure notebooks" are ready to go and waiting for their first entries. It'll be interesting to see how long Early Squirrel lasts before we have to make another for the summer adventures!
