One of those "everyday" kinda days...

well sort of. I was up by 3:30 a.m. and didn't go back to sleep. Had to get Kaitlyn and Dominic to the Dr. over an hour away so we had to leave early to make that 8:30 a.m. Appointment. Dominic got his first two immunizations and didn't even flinch when he got his one shot (the other was oral). He did get a little restless later on but a tiny tiny bit of tylenol seems to have helped with anything he might have been feeling and he joined us in the afternoon for another homeschool meet up.
We had a wonderful time. The girls were so happy to see their new friends again!

They had a ball! Lots of walking and on occasion, climbing and running.  Slugs were found and we were even lucky enough to spot a small woodpecker that promptly left as soon as I tried to take a picture. Apparently he's a little camera shy! After a couple of hours playing and exploring with friends it was home so mommy could try and figure out something on the computer and of course it's just about driving her nuts. Luckily the girls next door were available to play and keep the girls entertained for a short while. After dinner it'll be some reading and social studies since we didn't accomplish much today in the school department with the dr. appointments and meet up today. We'll make it up over the weekend I'm sure.
